Role
The Collective Change Lab is a non-profit that aims to amplify transformational change practices around the world. Spearheaded by systems thinking pioneer John Kania, the Lab grew out of the venture philanthropy New Profit.
During my time with the team, I completed the following:
- Launched their social media channels and delivered inaugural posts
- Assisted in writing grant applications, resulting in $300,000 of funding from Carnegie Foundation of NewYork
- Completed qualitative research on collective systems change and transformational change practices around the world in different cultures and traditions that culminated in the visual case studies: Roca, Peacemaking Circles, and Cultural Systems Transformation

Qualitative Research and Case Study
During my time at the Collective Change Lab, I completed qualitative research on intercultural, global systems change practices. This research culminated in the lab's inaugural visual case study Roca, Peacemaking Circles, and Cultural SystemsTransformation.
Graphic Design
Further, I assisted with their writing and visual communication efforts by designing a range of graphics that aligned with their brand identity.
